Here are some suggestions:

Sandwiches

Brick Sandwich:  A loaf of ciabatta filled with artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, herb ham, sopressatta, lettuce, and tomatoes is pressed for several hours to mingle the flavors.  Serve 4 large or 8 medium sandwiches.

Tuscan: Italian ham, Roast turkey breast, Fresh mozzarella, Lettuce, Tomato, Vinaigrette on a ciabatta roll.

Vegetarian:  Roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, roasted eggplant, olive tapenade, lettuce, tomato, and vinaigrette on a ciabatta roll. 

Roast Beef:  Highland beef, grass fed at Fountain Prairie Farm with Irish cheddar, lettuce and tomato.

Pizza!!  Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Margarita using our homemade dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, and grated Grana Padano cheese. 

Dips:  Our Spinach and Artichoke dip is big hit with many of our customers.  You can also order our blue cheese dip made with Hook's blue!
