The Main Attraction

An appetizing start for any occasion!

St. Andre triple crème brie from France, creamy and buttery, is always a favorite.  Cabrales, a very smooth and creamy blue from Spain, aged with a wrapping of oak leaves to give it a wonderful flavor.  Manchego, a smooth yet full-flavored sheep cheese, one of the most popular chesses from Spain.  Fig and almond cake and Marcona almonds, softer and more flavorful than any other almond enhance the flavor of these fine cheeses. Gorgonzola and herb stuffed olives, kalamata olives and seasonal fruit complete the arrangement.

Just Cheese Please

This plate will be a wonderful accompaniment to other foods on your table or simply served with a good wine.

 Irish Cheddar, mild yet full flavored.  Havarti with Dill, an authentic havarti from Denmark blended with dill for extra flavor.  Gouda, very smooth and creamy.  Beemster, made in Holland for over 100 years and aged 12 months to give it a nutty cheddar-like taste.  Seasonal fruits complete the arrangement.   Meat, nuts and olives can be added to this platter.

On Wisconsin

Award winning selection of Wisconsin artisan cheeses offers brilliant flavors to be presented with pride for your next occasion. 

 Pleasant Ridge Reserve, a Wisconsin treasure, made by Mike Gingrich of Dodgeville. Similar to gruyere with a rich flavor and smooth texture all its own.  Carr Valley Ménage, made from cow, sheep and goat milk, a wonderful award winning cheese with a fabulous range of flavor!  Hook’s Five Year Cheddar and Hook’s Blue Cheese both made in Mineral Point by Tony Hook.  Seasonal fruits complete the arrangement.

Antipasti Platter

You’ll think that you’re at that little trattoria outside Rome when you experience our Antipasti Platter.

Fresh Mozzarella, rich and creamy—made daily in our store by Jack Korpi!BelGioioso Aged Provolone, a delicious cheese with a sharp flavor and creamy texture.  Prosciutto de Parma, lean and thinly sliced.  Sopressata Salami, selected for its unique spicy yet sweet flavor.  Peppers, Eggplant, Mushrooms, and Artichoke Hearts, roasted and served in a delicious marinade with a hint of vinegar.  Sicilian Oil Cured Olives and Kalamatta Olives complete the platter.
