Featured cheeseBeemster Graskaas is back! Beemster cheeses come from the quiet, canal lined pastures of North Holland. The pastures are on land reclaimed from the sea. The sea clay soil grows lush and delicious grass that produces the sweet milk used to make Beemster cheese. Graskaas is made once a year from spring milk. Only 2000 wheels are made and we are delighted to be able to offer it to our customers. Graskaas is soft and mild with a lingering finish. A perfect cheese for Summer get-togethers and picnics.
