Upcoming tastings...

No Further Wine Tastings:  On Monday, April 7, all wines went on sale at 25% off the regular price.  They were all gone by Saturday!

The Friday Wine Tastings are something that will be greatly missed by myself and by the people who attended them regularly.  They were the best example of a win-win relationship that doesn't happen very often.  Thank you to all!!

Join Us at One of Our Upcoming Events!

At grape and company we believe that good food and wine should be experienced first-hand so we regularly offer wine tastings and other events.

Our events fill up fast so stop in the store, call or email us to sign up for an event!

grape and company holds free wine tastings every Friday night from 6-8pm.  Tastings provide an opportunity to try new and different wines and learn about what you like in a wine.  Each week we offer wines to taste based on a different grape, region or theme.  Come as you are, no reservations are necessary.

Wine Tastings

February 29 - 6-8pm - Good Value Wines  We're always looking for wines that taste great and are also reasonably priced.  Some can be $10 or less and others up to $20, but each one delivers quality that's better than you would expect for the price!

March 7 - 6-8 pm - Rhone Wines  Located in the southern part of France, north of Marseille, the Rhone region produces some of the the finest red wines made mostly from blends of Grenache and Syrah.  One of the the most famous appellations of this region is Chateauneuf du Pape, which will also be one of our selections.  Join us for a great experience!

March 14 - 6-8 pm - Best Sellers:  Come and taste the wines that so many people like!  They're all reasonably priced and have some special qualities that make them appealing to a broad range of tastes.  You just might find your new favorite!

March 21 - 6-8 pm - Wines of Argentina:  Argentina has some of the best wine values in the world and also some of best wines at any price!  Vineyards are in the Andes foothills at altitudes ranging from 2000-6000 feet, which provides excellent growing conditions.  We'll be tasting the popular Malbecs and some lesser known varieties that you will also enjoy!

March 28 - 6-8 pm - Valpolicella and Trentino:  Located in northeast Italy, these two wine-producing regions produce some of the best-known Italian wines.  The Valpolicella DOC is located near the town of Verona and the Trentino region is farther north in the foothills of the Austrian alps.  Valpolicella produces robust red wines, including the legendary Amarone, while Trentino is best know for white varietals such as Pinot Grigio and Moscato.

April 4 - 6-8 pm - Wines for Spring:  Maybe if we think and act like the season, the weather will follow suit!  We'll be tasting a selection of white wines that range from light, fresh, and crisp to those with a little more fruit on the palate.  Grape varietals will include the familiar Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio and also the less common ones!
